I’m Alysha! For most of my life I people-pleased, masked, suppressed and hid my true self in an attempt to keep myself safe, driven by the deep fear of judgement, ridicule and exclusion. I didn’t want to be cast out, I just wanted to belong, to be accepted, loved, included and respected. I felt like I was just existing, surviving each day to get to the end of it.
